This passage from Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Conqueror Worm” is one of my favorite single poetic verses.

I have always been fascinated by Poe’s works of poetry. They are lyrical, dark, elegant and hypnotic.

“The Bells” is my all-time favorite poem. Perhaps, one day, I’ll create a visual interpretation of it.

If I can work up the nerve….
